GRN South and Central Texas “Fishers of Men” Benefit Dinner

Friday evening May 19, 2017

6:00 pm

at the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade (Business Attire)

Our “Fishers of Men” Benefit Dinner is an annual event that helps to evangelize and catechize San Antonio and the surrounding area by underwriting the mission of the Guadalupe Radio Network in South and Central Texas. The “Fishers of Men” Dinner brings together Catholics from all across the area and draws together many apostolates and ministries. Those who attend are treated to an elegant meal and an engaging keynote by first-rate Catholic speakers.

Keynote: Raymond Arroyo, host of EWTN’s The World Over

Award Recipients: Sr. Grace Marie, Sr. Elizabeth Marie and Sr. Mary Peter – The Texas Nuns

Radio is a medium that reaches those who are otherwise unreached. Radio forms a community in a geographical area, and binds the people of that area together with a unified vision. It is ideal for spreading the gospel, and it deserves to be supported. Together we will see Catholic Radio transform this region for the glory of God.

Last year the “Fishers of Men” Dinner had 275 people at the UIW Skyroom. THIS year we’re going to double that number at the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade! Will you join us?button
